About xf86parser.h

Hi,
I was just wondering if someone could help me understand
something.
Sax asks for xf86parser.h when compiling, which seems to be not
supported,
and not available, since Ubuntu uses Xorg instead of XFree86,
which I'm assuming is different.
Since this is the case, is there a way to replace the
xf86parser.h file
with an equivalent xorg file? Would all the function names
change?
If so, what would the equivalent function calls be in xorg?
It would be great if Sax could be made to work in Ubuntu,
since Ubuntu is aiming to be user friendly, then graphic card
detection
and setup woud be much simpler, and easier.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your help in
advance.
