No, you need to build it on breezy. That can be done, but it requires
some work; the libs are not the real problem (if you do look at [1]
you'll see an icu backport as well), but reverting the renaming of the
packages back to *2 requires some work. To do so, start with the 2.0.3
packaging.The biggest grief will be the control file to get the
replaces/conflicts correctly done.
