I actually meant a spec about the behaviour of notifications in general.
The timeouts and dismissal methods for all of the notifications
should probably be consistent - we don't want to require users to click
for some but not on others, and they should be able to reasonably expect
all of the notifications to last for times around the same order of
magnitude.
