Please test AutoUnmountNotifications implementation

Is there a way to mount a USB stick or other removable media so that
you write directly to it without having to unmount to flush and
commit? A lot of people I know coming from Windows (including myself)
are used to just pulling the stick out of the computer, which isn't
very safe, but is quite handy... maybe we could have an option
somewhere that tweaks this?
