That's just a sideways method of getting your goal of keeping mono
apps out of the desktop. How about this: (no specific numbers)
* Put all the new applications in for edgy (it is, after all, edgy)
* by edgy+2 (being realistic) if the memory of these applications
isn't within $AMOUNT of the old applications remove them
