breezys update-manager updated, please help testing

That's just WONDERFUL !!!!

some comments :

  * If user cancel the dist-upgrade, user still se the red bubble  
show more than 600 package upgrades.
  * The Release not should be formatted with title, etc. instead of  
ascii formating.

I'm completely crazy about this feature ! I was waiting for it since  
hoary :)
