Leaking beagled

I have noticed this too,

           This happened to me with beagled on previous PC's too, I don't
think inotify is enabled in the dapper kernel and beagled does not seem to
do indexing too well without it.

If you enable INotify in your kernel I think you will notice a drastic
improvement.
