dpkg ubuntu4 for x-common / xfonts-base file conflict (16133)

I have just uploaded dpkg_1.13.10ubuntu4 which ought to fix the file
conflict between x-common and xfonts-base.  So, this is not in
Colony 5, but we believe that although Colony 5 installs contain the
seeds of the problem, an update from Colony 5 to the fixed version
ought to work.

Please let me or Keybuk know if you see anything untoward.
