Synaptic - Repositories menu should include an add cd button

Hi,
	I've tried to add a cdrom repository using synaptic and I was surprised
that I couldn't! I must close synaptic, open ubuntu update manager and
add the cdrom from there. Including an add cd button in synaptic
shouldn't be must trouble and I believe that it is a must, because this
way will confuse many users.
