I still think it's a big deal even if it is shipped with a "15min 
default". Users should be able to control their power management, how 
long their monitor turns off, a suspend-to-ram timer, etc -- and having 
different settings for both battery and ac power. Windows has had this 
since 98 or 95 IIRC.
