Installation manual errors

The section on preparing a USB stick for booting mentions a file,
boot.img.gz that does not exist on the CD.  It says it's under netboot/
and that directory is not at the toplevel as the manual implies, but is
instead under install/.  I suggest that section 4.3.1, Copying the files
— the easy way, be removed from the manual, and that the following
section be edited so as to not imply that it's an alternative.
