That's a long standing bug; I discussed this with Michael Vogt for
a bit, and we agreed that the cleanest way of solving this is to
remove the notification in some /etc/init.d script. Either the kernel
should ship its own init script for that (clean design, but overkill),
or we add it to an already existing one like /etc/init.d/bootclean.sh
(bad design, but no overhead).

Fixed in langpack-o-matic, the final language packs will show it
correctly.
