Please help Re: Kubuntu, we really need KDE root login

yes enable the root user with this command if you havent already 

Open a terminal



sudo passwd root



enter the new root password and go back to GUI



Open Konqueror and browse to /etc/kde3/kdm



rt/clk on kdmrc file and choose Actions>edit as root



now edit and close, it will ask you to save.



Done!
