version of gstreamer0.8-ffmpeg in Breezy

 This is partly because the new upstream release doesn't build with
 --disable-encoders (however ./configure runs with CVS'
 gst-libs/etx/ffmpeg/configure.ac).  I didn't look into solving this
 yet, and I welcome any help or patch to permit this.
