OpenOffice.org Spellcheck, a bug or just me?

I experienced the same problems too. Oo.org2 installed from the
repositories, together with the correct myspell modules.



Spellcheck enabled. No "ABC" icon in Oo.org2 Language settings
drop-down menu.



I did the symlinks as below by Zach:



> sudo ln -s /usr/share/myspell/dicts /usr/lib/openoffice2/share/dict/ooo

> sudo ln -s /etc/openoffice/dictionary.lst
> /usr/lib/openoffice2/share/dict/ooo/dictionary.lst



Work beautifully.  :)  Hope it solves the problem for all of you
experiencing this.
