 Well over here (australia) everyone uses myob or quickbooks, there is not 
much else.
If its a really small business then yes quicken may suffice, most of those 
people use a cashbook program. - As background i am an accountant.

SQL-Ledger, otoh, is Free and even a rabid Machead and anti-GPL crusader of

 Yes it still needs work but its getting there OFX file ???
