[g2005-english] How ubuntu makes initrd.gz?

  You dont't need to compile and install the debian-installer package,
just get the source. Also you have to do this process on breezy:

apt-get source debian-installer
cd debian-installer-20050317ubuntu15/build/
make yourtarget ('make' shows all the possible targets)
