Multilingual and Asian input methods

Thank you for your suggestion. Since I don't know how to use scim-pinyin
and scim-uim, I need a person who can build and test these packages.
If you send to me your packages, I'll add them to our archive.
Or if you send me your SSH and GPG public key, I'll add your keys to our
server, and you can dput your GPG signed deb packages.
