Just to follow up on that one, this is correct for
registering against Launchpad or other non-distro related.
For Ubuntu you should use:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+specs


Also, after you've added your spec to the spec tracker and
created your wiki page for it, make sure that in you spec
page in launchpad
(i.e. https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+spec/$SPECNAME) you
choose "Add to Meeting" and choose "ubz" as the
sprint/meeting name.
