upgrade of util-linux still fails in breezy

Hi all,

as already posted on this and the users list installation of gv and
wget and upgrade of util-linux failed on hoary. I filed bug reports
and wrote this mail (<di2r6l$2ge$1 at sea.gmane.org>) but didn't get
any answer (the bugs don't appear on http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/). I
didn't had the time to investigate further and wanted to await the
Breezy release. But upgrade of util-linux still fails! I did the
following:

s/hoary/breezy/ in /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt-get update
script /root/hoary-breezy-upgrade-20051017.txt
apt-get upgrade util-linux
(unresolved dependencies)
apt-get install -f
...

Please help me on this topic! I couldn't do any security updates on
my laptop for weeks because of util-linux! And I really miss wget
and gv ... but this is another topic. But I want to upgrade to
breezy and I guess this is impossible with the failure of util-linux
upgrades. I did not try and can not make any experiments at the moment.
