Ubuntu 5.10 server *release*?

Hello.

http://ubuntu.com/newsitems/release510 mentions Ubuntu 5.10 server
release, but links to a place that seems to have only daily builds:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/

Two questions, if I may:

1. Is the latest daily the actual release
   (it's still called breezy-*, not ubuntu-5.10-*)?

2. What's the difference between 'classic'
   Ubuntu and the server version?
