ldconfig-error in apt while dist-upgrading

I already found a bug describing exactly my issue:

I added a comment to the bug, giving some more information than the bug 
reporter gave.

Furthermore, I never did a backup/restore of my system. I also did not change 
anything manually outside my home directory.
