CPU Fan speed doesn't work

...ok...but to me nothing is happened and i think it is a serious problem.

I know that AMD64 bit CPU do not support "powernowd". I tried to install
"cpufreqd" but i can't. If i select it apt will procede to unistall
"ubuntu-desktopo". How is it possible. Why can't i install cpufreqd?
