CPU Fan speed doesn't work

Hi,

i've an HP NX6125 (AMD Turion 64bit, 512RAM, 80GB HD, Video ATI Radeon
Mobility X300. I've installed breezy. To work with my laptop i've to add the
following command line to the korpline:

no_timer_check

Without it i can't work with my pc. It works to slow. Now i've the following
problem:

Sometimes (not very often) the cpu fan doesn't star when the temperature
goes above the safety limit. The result is that my pc stops itself.

I'd like to report this bug (i think it's a bug), but i don't know on which
package i have to report it.

Someone can help me?
