GNU source installer inclusion

> New GNU Source Installer is out it helps installation.There are so many work to be done on this installer project,as mos tof the ubuntu users are not connected to to internet,packages they recieve from the cd's via magazine is of RPM type not of DEB this installer helps install RPM easily.

I asked so many developers for the installers that can install RPM's
TAR automaticallly with one click,as many newbie people confuse while
installing packages.as most of them are not connected to internet,and
so they cant use synaptic.

Hope this problem may solve under Ubuntu/Kubuntu.
