Hiding the totem icon

I realized we have a small problem if we the hide totem icon:

1. User inserts DVD
2. Totem closes or crashes
3. User double clicks on DVD to launch Totem again and is greeting by Nautilus
(note that OS X do this as well)

Now, we can still hide the totem icon if we make the default action
for cds and DVDs launch the appropriate program (SJ or Totem)

Thoughts?
