dmraid support for dapper

I created this bug around the time of the code freeze for breezy:

IIRC, Jeff Bailey said he was going to hold off on it for dapper, and 
that he was trying to move these kind of scripts out of the mkinitramfs 
package.

Now that dapper is under development, I think it is time to address this 
issue.  I believe that the scripts I added to the bug should be included 
in the dmraid package that is in the universe right now, and this 
package should be moved to main, and installed when the main initramfs 
packages are built.

Once this is done, dapper should support hardware fakeraid out of the box.
