Easy way to go to hoary?

Hi 

To answer to your question :
I've boot on the iso, and it doesn't ask me the question
But it wasn't such a problem cause i want to clean all the things i've 
already done
(I'm a new Ubuntu noob and try a lot of things on my pc)
