Double entry's in gnome-menu "Debian" sub-menu

Hi all, i've noticed that in the newer upgrades to gnome, it creates a
"Debian" sub-menu with all the apps that aren't in a gnome-menu
already, like "nano", "bash" it appears a double entry for each and
one of them, i don't know why is that, maybe is for the upgrades?

It show'w something like this:

Debian
|_ Applications
    |_ Development
        |_ Anjuta 
        |_ Anjuta 
        |_ Devhelp 
        |_ Devhelp
        |_ GDB 
        |_ GDB 
        |_ Glade 
        |_ Glade
