PHP5 packages in work?

we dont have "ownership" of packages in the MOTU team, its rather all
teamwork.... currently someone is working on php5 packages, but since
this is sensible terrain and we want good package quality here (not
alone because we want them secure for usage), it might be that they wont
be ready for hoary.
