Hi,

how about making two new entries in the gnome-menu like this:

ask for help
try to help

the first entry would open a browser to a forum (in his language
maybe) where he could ask questions regarding ubuntu, like "how
do i install third party software" or such. i think this might
help a lot of people that just switched to linux or are not very
skilled in finding such information on the internet.

the "try to help" entry would point the browser to a page where the last
50 or so questions as above are listed with the possibility to
answer that.

I think this might help new users a lot and encourage them to take
part in the community.
