Fixing USB after powerpc resume

With luck, this will be fixed in the -29 kernel package - benh thinks
that it's probably an issue with agp, so that's now disabled on suspend
and reenabled on resume. As for USB - remove the USB modules before
suspend, and reinsert them on resume.
