DVD images now built twice weekly

Would it be possible to add two more dvd images conaining universe? If
you don't have an internet connection on a computer with ubuntu, it is
really difficult to install additional programs. If you could download
the dvd's with universe on an other computer, this would make life a
lot easier... As for now, I wouldn't recommend anyone without an
internet connection to install ubuntu.
