DVD images now built twice weekly

As of the next build, they'll be called hoary-dvd-$ARCH.iso etc. rather
than hoary-install-$ARCH.iso etc., since they're combination
install/live DVDs. Anyone with automatic mirror jobs to download them
might want to take account of this renaming ...
