We will be exploring support for multi-card configurations in a future
release.

There is not enough space on the CD for every kernel flavour; the -386
kernel will work on every system, and so it is provided as a default.  You
are free to exchange it with a different kernel if you desire.

If the system can successfully query your display for its supported sync
rates, it uses those and asks no questions.  If it cannot probe, it asks you
which mode to use.  Were you asked a question?
