Including hoary on the CD seems irresponsible of them. Hoary is 
currently in Preview Freeze, but the stable, gold version won't be out 
until April 6th, as per:

That said, users are generally reporting minor or no problems, so if 
you're curious, you can give it a whirl. Otherwise, install warty and 
wait a bit to upgrade to hoary.
