Your card is broken in two ways: firstly, it won't let us probe the
supported resolutions ('edidfail'), and secondly, it's telling you that
there's a 1024x768 panel connected (think: internal laptop panel), and
so not letting you go above 1600x1200. Unfortunately, the lethal
combination of closed driver and broken hardware means there's not much
