human theme changed?

i noticed that the human theme doesn't uses by default the human icons,
when i go to system>preferences>theme and choose human the desktop will
look like this:

but after selecting the human icons the desktop will look like this:

you can notice the change in the wastebasket, and in the firefox/gaim
icond, also all the icons in the menu are changed. i guess there is a
bug in the human theme.
