isdnutils has been in the ship seed for some time now.

I've added ipppd, capiutils and capipppdplugin to ship.

avm-fritz-firmware doesn't exist yet, and drdsl needs to be moved in the
archive, so these will probably need to wait until after preview (we need
James).
