configuration wizard on first login

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a little wizard when you first login
that will configure proxy, IM account, mail for you? (maybe some extra
things)

I think this would be good for new users. The wizard also can let you
configure if gaim should start by default on login.

Just selecting 'don't show this again' and closing it will never show
the wizard again. So no reason for novice users to be pissed off :).
