ackerTodo 2.4 Package

Hi, I recently packaged ackerTodo 2.4 and was wondering what the standards
were for getting it into ubuntu. As of now the package has been created
for debian, so I wasn't sure if anything needed to be changed to be ubuntu
specific or not. Any help with getting this package added to universe
would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
