MOTU-and-Debian meeting?

Let's talk about it first on MOTU meeting, then set up proposal for TB
meeting. Colaboration with Debian should go fruther than just universe
packages, IMHO.

After TB, we should agree with Debian about steps we, and they, need to
do to make all of this happen.

I'm sorry if I jumped on debian-lists with idea/suggestion, without
first consuliting with others. I was so angry on that useless thread
that I wanted to do something meaningfull.
