Warty -> Hoary upgrade, X11 fails.

There are some bugs open in Bugzilla about similar issues; please check
whether your symptoms match one of those.

Daniel, if there are packages which should be removed manually after the
upgrade, please add them to http://www.ubuntu.com/wiki/HoaryUpgradeNotes
