All translations from any upstream source will be added into Rosetta
after they reach Ubuntu. The sync we are implementing is a two ways
sync. First, we get all .po from the source packages and add them into
Rosetta with every new release that enters into Ubuntu and then, from
time to time, we generate language packs from translations that come
from Rosetta.
In case there are many translations in CVS that are not in latest
tarball, you should import it by hand into Rosetta. We are looking also
into a way to automatically doing that import into Rosetta but that will
take more time to be ready.
Cheers.
