Bug reporting and Hendrix

Reading this bug report:
3006: bug-buddy asks silly questions that are likely to scare off users
(and doesn't work anyway?)

made me think of Hendrix
(http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/gerv/archives/007271.html) the feedback
collecting mechanism being tested for mozilla. "The idea here is to
lower the barrier to giving feedback, and simultaneously try and keep
some of the less useful bugs out of Bugzilla."

This is useful for newbies who may not have the technical know-how to
adequately describe a bug for squashing purposes, but nevertheless have
found one.

Also, it could be useful for making feature requests, which require
evaluating very differently from bugs.
