langpacks and fonts

While I like to see all the characters when I accidentally opens a
Chinese webpage or document, I think it is bad to have all those useless
(for me) fonts in the font selector in OpenOffice.

I vote for making fonts depend on language packs and remove them from
the basic install. Maybe some extra meta-package to make it easy to
install them for the people that enjoy and for some strange reason often
looks at Chinese/Japanese webpages.
