Did I miss something?  Why do packages need to have their docs removed?
I thought we were considering the GFDL "free enough"...

Actually, on that note, would it be valid for us to put back removed
GFDL documentation; for example autoconf had its purged recently (into
non-free autoconf-doc which we haven't got in our archive!)  In that
case I think we should sync it from non-free, or simply put the package
back together again.
