DVD images

I've set up a weekly DVD image build of Hoary, with the output available
here:

  http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/weekly-dvd/

At the moment, it should contain all of main and restricted (the current
build uses supported rather than supported+build-depends, but a build
with that fixed is running now). Once my initial test runs are finished,
builds will happen every Saturday afternoon.
