Yeah, that's why you're the only one that has problem.
For everyone else, /usr/bin/evolution points to evolution-2.0 and it works great

Try this,
run evolution-2.0.  Does that work?
If so, run "cd /usr/bin; sudo ln -sf evolution-2.0 evolution"
