Well, even though the mini.iso file info says it is created on the 12th
of feb, the ubuntu.txt file inside says its built on
"20041227ubuntu11."
On FTP it also clearly states it was built on 12th feb.
Anyway, on that bugreport it was said:
"Kernel ABI breakage, fixed in 2.6.10-18. I'm building a new CD image
now (will
be 20050215.4) which will have this fixed for ia64 too; 20050215.3
fixed it for
other architectures, but the ia64 kernel hadn't built yet."
Clearly this doesn't apply to SPARC. However, the confusing dates I
just mentioned stop me from adding a note to your bug...
Misunderstanding on my end?
